本机用于有刷转子的自动平衡，全自动生产加工流程，即链条传送到送料工位，机械手工位转换，初测转子不平衡量，自动找位自动切削，复测合格转子流出，不良品送到次品槽等一系列自动化流程。彩色触控人机界面，全伺服运动控制，高精密度，高效率，高品质，自动化程度高，前端可接精车机后端可接装配机等转子自动生产线。

This machine is used for automatic balancing of brushed rotors. After replacing the tooling, it can balance a variety of rotors. It can store various rotor system parameters. This machine provides highly automatic processing, that is, the rotor is transferred to the feeding station, the mechanical arm does position conversion, the initial measurement of the rotor unbalance is taken, the automatically position and cut, transport the qualified rotor after re-testing, the defective products are sent to the defective tank and other series of automated processing.
