适用于各类电机换向器高精度自动车削的专用设备。采用进口PLC程控，单刀车削，三菱变频无级调速，硬质合金V形块支撑转子轴，轴承档有自动喷油装置，百分表显示进刀车削量，进口阻尼气缸控制走刀速度，车削速度均匀，配置高硬度宝石刀头，皮带摩擦转子外圆自动车削，所有动作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作简单方便。
