SZD Rotor Varnish Trickling Machine (Tunnel type)

适用于电动工具、串励电机、家用电器电机，永磁微电机转子的预烘滴漆烘干，经滴漆可以增加机械强度和绝缘性能。本机采用三菱PLC可编程控制，进口变频器调速，气动与机械相结合的结构，采用链轮旋转运动，使链条产生步进运动，定位输送，边转边滚，移位准确，蠕动泵控制滴漆流量，滴漆均匀，三段温度恒温控制，生产效率高，操作简单方便。
