本机广泛应用于各种感应电机、家用发电机定子或转子的滴漆烘干处理。采用三菱PLC程控，中文液晶显示，用蠕动泵压缩供漆管的方法来启停滴漆，滴漆流量稳定可控，采用链轮旋转运动，使链条拖动装有定子安装工装的若干个小车产生水平步进移动，定位输送，移位准确，定子不转，滴漆头往复旋转，装夹上下工件极为方便，有效保护铁芯和引线不沾漆。有预烘、凝胶、固化烘道组成，滴漆时间和烘干时间可调，操作简单方便。

This machine is widely used in a variety of induction motors, home generator stator or rotor drip paint drying. Mitsubishi PLC, LED display, peristaltic pump compression method for trickling control, stable volume, accurate shift, easy to load and unloading. There are pre-drying, gel, curing bake composition, drip time and drying time adjustable, easy to operate.
