适用于起动电机换向器端线头切平后把线头并入换向器的专用设备。采用三菱PLC程控，触摸屏显示，电机减速驱动主轴旋转，步进电机步进无铜屑切平和滚压式将线头并头入换向器嵌线槽，气缸尾座顶紧转子，操作简单，自动化程度高。
