WZ-1 Automatic Paper Inserting Machine

This machine is used for the insulation paper inserting into the rotor slot. The insulation paper between the slot and the slot is connected continuously and looks like "W", so it is also called W-shaped paper inserting machine. The equipment mainly uses compressed air source as the power to complete the rotor positioning, paper feeding, paper inserting, indexing and paper cutting through the cylinder. Use a paper cutter to insert the insulation paper radially, suitable for thicker insulation paper. The insulation paper is connected between the slot and the slot, which is more conducive to rotor winding or coil inserting. There are three working modes, manual, single step and automatic.
