This machine is widely used in preheating, varnishing and drying of rotors of such as electric tools, motorcycle starter motors, automobile motors, DC servo motors, permanent magnet motors, series-excited motors and marine DC motors. This machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, imported frequency converter speed regulation, pneumatic and mechanical combination structure, adopts sprocket rotary motion, so that the chain produces stepping motion, positioning and conveying, rotating while?rolling, with accurate displacement, uniform?distribution of painting time. This machine has three-stage constant temperature control, external paint supply and paint tank water cooling device,high production efficiency, simple and convenient operation.
