This machine is suitable for spot welding of copper terminal and multi-strand enameled wire with total section ¡Ü50mm2 together. Byreplacing tooling, it can be used for spot welding of other hook parts. The output current of this machine is in the form of DC,which has the advantages of high control precision, stable output current, small inductive reactance, light weight of welding transformer and small splash. The output frequency of the controller is 1KHz, and the current regulation is fast and accurate. It can store 32 welding specifications for users to call presets, and it can be called directly when needed. This machine has function of fault diagnosis and automatic protection function. The controller can detect abnormal conditions such as overheat, overcurrent and undercurrent during the working process .
