本机是精密车削电机外圆外径的专用设备。采用2个伺服电机，日本三菱控制器，中文彩色触摸屏，车削外圆刀具，采用宝石精车刀，“V”型块采用宝石或轴承，喷油装置润滑支架转轴，旋转皮带压迫转子磨擦传动，配合直线滚珠导轴和滚珠丝杆，进行x轴向精密走刀和y伺服系统自动进刀，一次装上工件可实现一次或多次精车同次完成，是目前性能可靠，生产效率高的新颖车削机床。
