ZB-303 Automatic Rotor Wire Winding Machine (commutator slot and fuse location)

适用于电动工具、串励电机、无钩槽形换向器的自动绕线。采用三菱三伺服系统，PLC程控，彩色触摸屏控制，有单步、连续工作方式可选，绕线线头自动嵌入换向器槽，自动夹紧、自动定位、分度、绕线、挂钩、自动拉断，并配有剪刀自动剪线，所有流程连续工作，采用脱卸式更换工装，涨力松紧可调，绕线均匀，人工上下料，生产效率高，本机有故障自诊断功能。

Applicable to electric tools, series motor, no hook groove commutator automatic winding. It adopts Mitsubishi three servo system, PLC program control, color touch screen control, single step, continuous working mode optional. Winding thread is automatically embedded in commutator slot, automatic clamping, automatic positioning, indexing, winding, hooking, automatic pulling The machine is equipped with scissors to cut the thread automatically. All the processes work continuously. It adopts detachable change tooling, adjustable tension force, uniform winding, manual loading and unloading, high production efficiency, and the machine has fault self-diagnosis function.
