本机是对机器或人工嵌好线的双层电枢上层线头进行扭头，扭头后并同步将换向器上层的线头压入换向器的专用设备(下层在嵌线时已经压入换向器)。采用PLC程控，彩色触摸屏修改参数，增压缸加压，伺服电机扭头入槽，定位准确，自动化程度高。

This machine is suitable for twisting upper-layer head of a double-layer armature which is coils embedded by worker or machine,and then pressing the wire end into commutator(the lower layer has been pressed into the commutator already when embedding).It adopts PLC, colorful touch screen to modify parameters, pressurizing cylinder to pressurize, servo motor to twist wire end into slot, accurate positioning and high degree of automation.
