ZZ-1 S/B  Shaped PaperAuto-Inserting Machine

本机适用于起动电机转子S形或B形绝缘纸的自动成形以及自动切断插入的专用设备。采用三菱PLC程控，触摸屏显示器修改参数，将卷筒状定宽绝缘纸自动加温，成形固化后定长自动切断插入定子槽，手动上下工件，操作简单方便，一人可操作多台设备。

Suitable for starting the motor rotor S-shaped or B-shaped insulation paper automatic molding and automatic cut-off insertion.Adopting Mitsubishi PLC control and touch screen display to modify the parameters, the paper will automatically heat up the fixed width insulating paper. After the forming and curing, the fixed length will be cut off and inserted into the stator slot automatically. The upper and lower workpieces can be operated manually and easily.
